Space for concentrated work

Just as important as communal areas within the office space are areas for undisturbed retreat in order to concentrate on individual tasks.

Large rooms can be divided into different areas using partitions. In addition to individual workstations and meeting areas, it is important to create quiet spaces for concentration in the office.

Let our examples inspire you to create your own space for focused work.

Team Focus Space

It makes sense to set up shielded rooms for concentrated work in small groups or confidential meetings. The central element here is a table for gathering and discussing. A monitor should be available for presentations of digital content and whiteboards are an alternative for more structured or creative work.

Focus Space

Individual Focus Space

A quiet room with minimal furnishings, designed to focus attention on the task at hand. Acoustically effective elements and fabric materials ensure pleasant room acoustics and provide a buffer from the often hectic office environment. This room requires only a few carefully selected pieces of furniture: a table for standing or sitting, with a power outlet if a laptop needs to be connected, and a <tc>Flipchart</tc>, to visualize thought processes and gather ideas.

Open office space

Offer areas for communication and concentration, as well as for confidentiality and privacy. Large whiteboards or pinboards function as flexible room dividers. These can be combined with our shelving unit. <tc>Line Up</tc> By connecting them, longer separating elements with additional storage space can be created.
