Returns processing

Right of return for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession)

You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of EUR 120.00, depending on the quantity and nature of the return, but are calculated from the current shipping prices.

Important: Do not simply send goods back to us. We cannot accept returns that have not been registered and will send them back at your expense.

How to return your products

  1. Send the completed return form by email to office@roomours.de
  2. We will contact you within a maximum of 2 working days and arrange an appointment with you to collect the returns
  3. Pack the products in their original packaging and ensure that they are protected from damage during transportation
  4. Our shipping company will collect on the agreed date
  5. We check the integrity of the returned goods and, if necessary, refund the amount already paid less the costs incurred for the return
